We are looking for a LinkedIn Marketing Manager to lead Scry AI's LinkedIn strategy, strengthen brand visibility, and drive audience engagement through impactful B2B marketing initiatives. This role is critical in building thought leadership, generating demand, and expanding our professional network.

Role Overview

As a LinkedIn Marketing Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing LinkedIn marketing campaigns for the company and its leadership. You will work closely with marketing, content, design, and sales teams to develop high-performing content, optimize campaigns, and grow brand presence among enterprise audiences.

This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B marketing, social media strategy, and audience engagement, and is passionate about driving measurable business outcomes through LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Plan and manage organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and lead generation

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Create and manage LinkedIn content calendars for company and leadership profiles
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging posts, articles, and campaigns
  • Support executive thought leadership and personal branding initiatives

Audience Growth & Engagement

  • Build and engage professional communities on LinkedIn
  • Monitor audience interactions and respond to engagement opportunities
  • Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement rates

Performance Analytics & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics
  • Analyze data to optimize content strategy and campaign effectiveness
  • Prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to support demand generation initiatives
  • Align LinkedIn campaigns with product launches, events, and marketing programs
  • Ensure brand consistency across all LinkedIn communications

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong experience in LinkedIn marketing, B2B marketing, or social media marketing
  • Experience managing organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, analytics, and best practices
  • Excellent content planning, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and campaign optimization abilities
