Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, highly experienced LinkedIn Lead Generation Manager to spearhead our B2B growth and enterprise acquisition initiatives. With 8–12 years of experience, you will move beyond manual outreach to design, optimize, and scale our LinkedIn lead generation engine.

As a senior professional representing our brand, you should already possess an established and active personal brand on the platform, backed by a strong professional network of 2,000 to 3,000+ LinkedIn connections or followers. The ideal candidate is an expert in B2B social selling, LinkedIn automation frameworks, account-based marketing (ABM), and pipeline architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Campaign Design: Architect and execute comprehensive LinkedIn outbound strategies and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting decision-makers (HR Heads, L&D Leads, CXOs) in the B2B and corporate sectors.
  • Funnel Optimization: Design, A/B test, and refine high-converting personalized messaging sequences, connection strategies, and content-driven outreach.
  • Advanced Tool & Stack Management: Maximize the ROI of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and integrate modern B2B lead generation tools, scrapers, and automation/sequencing platforms while ensuring compliance with LinkedIn safety guidelines.
  • CRM & Data Architecture: Oversee the end-to-end lead management process, ensuring seamless data flow from LinkedIn into the CRM, proper lead scoring, and strict data hygiene.
  • Performance Analytics & ROI Tracking: Establish KPIs, track high-level funnel metrics (acceptance rates, response rates, SQL conversion), and present data-driven insights and forecasting reports to leadership.
  • Market Intelligence & List Building: Oversee high-level prospect list segmentation based on buyer personas, industry verticals, and company size to ensure the sales pipeline is consistently filled with high-intent leads.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Content teams to align messaging, leverage inbound content for outbound success, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to account executives.
  • Process Automation & Scaling: Build frameworks, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline the lead generation process for maximum efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8–12 years of proven success in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development, with at least 4+ years dedicated heavily to LinkedIn-driven acquisition. (EdTech or SaaS B2B experience is a major plus).
  • Network & Presence:Must have an established, professional LinkedIn profile with a minimum of 2,000–3,000+ quality connections/followers, demonstrating active engagement and social selling credibility.
  • Platform Expertise: Mastery of LinkedIn Sales Navigator (advanced boolean searches, account mapping, Smart Links) and deep familiarity with modern outreach/CRM growth stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Lusha, Apollo, or similar tools).
  • Strategic Copywriting: Exceptional written communication and corporate storytelling skills, with a track record of writing non-spammy, high-response executive outreach copy.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data literacy; ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, spot bottlenecks in the funnel, and pivot strategies based on data.
  • Autonomy & Leadership: Self-motivated leader comfortable taking complete ownership of the LinkedIn outreach channel in a remote, high-growth environment.
