We are looking for a LinkedIn Growth & Revenue Architect who can turn LinkedIn into a strategic engine for authority, audience growth, and measurable revenue.

The Opportunity:

This is not a traditional social media role. You will design and operate a high-performance LinkedIn ecosystem that attracts founders, CXOs, professionals, and visionaries. Your work will combine thought leadership strategy, paid advertising systems, and conversion funnel engineering to create a powerful pipeline of high-quality leads and enrollments.

Your Impact Arsenal:

• Design LinkedIn Thought Leadership Systems that position Antano & Harini as a global authority in human excellence.

• Create powerful LinkedIn content narratives that attract founders, CXOs, doctors, and high-performing professionals.

• Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive program revenue.

• Engineer LinkedIn marketing funnels—from ad creatives and targeting to landing pages and conversion tracking.

• Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead and scale profitable acquisition channels.

• Analyze performance metrics, audience behavior, and content engagement to improve growth and revenue outcomes.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align campaigns with ecosystem expansion goals.

Who Thrives in This Role:

• 2–5 years experience in LinkedIn marketing, B2B marketing, or performance marketing.

• Strong experience running LinkedIn Ads campaigns that generate qualified leads or revenue.

• Deep understanding of LinkedIn audience targeting, campaign optimization, and analytics.

• Ability to combine storytelling, psychology, and strategy to influence professional audiences.

• Experience designing marketing funnels and lead generation systems.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments focused on experimentation and growth.
