Job Title: LinkedIn Growth and Content Strategist

We are looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Growth and Content Strategist who can take ownership of building our brand presence on LinkedIn through high-quality content, storytelling, and audience engagement. This role involves both strategy and execution, with a strong focus on growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn growth strategy aligned with business goals
- Plan and manage a consistent content calendar (posts, carousels, and videos)
- Create engaging, high-quality content focused on branding, storytelling, and value creation
- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn page and leadership profiles
- Drive organic growth, reach, and engagement on LinkedIn
- Analyze performance metrics (impressions, engagement, and followers) and optimize strategies
- Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, algorithms, and best practices
Content And Podcast Responsibilities
- Ideate and develop content themes and campaigns
- Plan and execute podcast content (topics, scripting, and guest coordination)
- Repurpose podcast content into LinkedIn posts, clips, and short-form videos
- Coordinate with designers and editors for content production
