Growthic is hiring a LinkedIn Ghostwriter - someone who writes for people, not for platforms.

We're a content marketing company helping founders, brands, and investors build category-defining presence. And we need a ghostwriter who can disappear into someone else's voice and make it unforgettable.

You won't be writing blog posts no one reads. You'll be writing 20–30 LinkedIn posts a week for real founders with real stakes, and watching those posts actually move people.

Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

• Become the voice of founders, operators, and creators across industries
• Turn rough ideas, voice notes, and half-thoughts into scroll-stopping posts
• Research industries, trends, and audience psychology to write with depth
• Experiment with hooks, formats, and tones, and learn fast from feedback
• Engage on behalf of clients in comments to keep conversations alive

You'll thrive here if you're obsessed with good writing, allergic to generic content, and can tell instantly why one hook lands and another dies in the scroll.

This role is not for you if you need hand-holding, treat AI as a ghostwriter, or think content and copy mean the same thing.
