Role OverviewWe are looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Expert who knows how to build professional relationships and initiate meaningful conversations through LinkedIn. This is a dual-function role — you will support Scribble Links own business development pipeline while also executing structured outreach campaigns for our clients.
This role demands consistency, professionalism, and strong written communication. The quality of conversations you initiate directly shapes business outcomes — for us and our clients.
Key Responsibilities• Research and identify potential prospects using LinkedIn and relevant tools such as Sales Navigator.
• Send personalised connection requests and outreach messages to relevant professionals and decision-makers.
• Initiate and manage conversations with potential clients or partners on behalf of Scribble Links and its clients.
• Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and nurture relationships toward meetings or conversions.
• Maintain a structured outreach pipeline and track all conversations accurately in CRM or tracking tools.
• Work closely with the sales and strategy teams to convert conversations into qualified leads.
• Maintain daily outreach activity and follow-up discipline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
• Follow LinkedIn best practices to maintain account health, deliverability, and effectiveness.
Requirements• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Strong written communication skills with a professional, natural tone.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn networking, connection strategies, and messaging etiquette.
• Ability to research prospects and identify relevant decision-makers within target industries.
• Organised and consistent in managing and tracking outreach activities.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools is preferred.
• Basic understanding of CRM or lead tracking tools is a plus.
