Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented LinkedIn Executive to manage personal and company LinkedIn profiles, build professional networks, create engaging content and generate qualified business leads on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of LinkedIn marketing and the ability to drive meaningful engagement and business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Personal & Company LinkedIn Profiles.
• Create and execute LinkedIn content strategies and content calendars.
• Publish posts, articles, carousels and thought leadership content.
• Build and expand professional networks through targeted connections.
• Generate B2B leads using LinkedIn Search and Sales Navigator.
• Conduct prospect research and outreach campaigns.
• Engage with industry professionals, decision-makers, founders and CEOs.
• Respond to messages, comments and inquiries professionally.
• Track profile growth, engagement, reach and lead generation performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives through company updates, achievements and recruitment-related content.
