Role Description

This is a full-time on-site LinkedIn Copy Writer role, based in Gurugram. The LinkedIn Copy Writer will be responsible for creating impactful, concise, and engaging content optimized for LinkedIn, including posts, articles, and ad campaigns. Responsibilities include researching industry-relevant trends, crafting brand-aligned strategies, editing and proofreading copy, and collaborating with design and marketing teams to align content with the company's objectives. This role emphasizes brand voice consistency and data-driven content performance optimization.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in persuasive and strategic content writing, particularly for LinkedIn posts, articles, and advertisements.
  • Strong content strategy, research, and copy optimization skills to create audience-focused, effective messaging.
  • Advanced editing, proofreading, and attention to detail for publishing polished, error-free content.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media marketing, with an emphasis on LinkedIn engagement tactics.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities to meet deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with LinkedIn analytics and performance tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience working in content creation for professional or corporate platforms is highly desirable.
