We're seeking an experienced Link Building/Outreach Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective link-building strategies to improve our website's authority and search engine rankings. A strong knowledge of quality link-building practices, guest posting strategies, and SEO is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive link-building campaigns aligned with SEO goals.
• Identify and establish relationships with publishers, bloggers, and industry influencers for backlink opportunities.
• Monitor backlink performance and analyze competitors link profiles using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Majestic.
• Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to create linkable assets (guest posts, data-driven content, infographics).
• Conduct targeted outreach to bloggers, webmasters, and influencers for guest posting and backlink opportunities.
• Ensure all link-building activities comply with Google's Webmaster Guidelines and ethical SEO practices.
• Research and identify suitable guest post opportunities in niche-relevant websites..
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, such as domain authority, referral traffic, and ranking improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in link building or off-page SEO.
• Strong understanding of SEO metrics, domain authority, and link quality evaluation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive outreach messages.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Cons
• Experience in digital PR or content-driven link acquisition.
• Familiarity with technical SEO concepts and keyword strategy.
• Prior experience working with SaaS or B2B startups.
• Prior Reddit community participation is preferred. We value authentic engagement, strong writing, and knowledge of Reddit culture; a specific karma score is not required.
