Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Linguistics Specialists to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves analyzing language data to inform product development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine linguistic models. Candidates will contribute to improving natural language processing systems through structured linguistic analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth linguistic analysis of datasets to identify patterns, ambiguities, and inconsistencies in language usage.

• Develop and refine linguistic rules, guidelines, and annotations for machine learning models.

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate linguistic insights into AI-driven products.

• Evaluate and validate the performance of language models against linguistic benchmarks.

• Document linguistic findings, methodologies, and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in linguistics, computational linguistics, or a related field with a focus on language structure and semantics.

• Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and familiarity with linguistic annotation tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex language data and derive actionable insights.

• Ability to write clear, technical documentation explaining linguistic concepts to diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and scripting.

• Knowledge of language corpora, lexicons, or linguistic databases.

• Experience in evaluating language models for accuracy, bias, and cultural relevance.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
