Position: Linguistic Expert – Haryanvi

About the Role
We are looking for a highly proficient Haryanvi Linguistic Expert who can serve as a trainer and team lead for large-scale linguistic data projects. The candidate should be fluent in Haryanvi and capable of ensuring linguistic accuracy, quality, and standardization across tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct linguistic training sessions for contributors and guide them in audio recording, transcription, and annotation tasks.
- Lead a team of 1000+ contributors, monitor performance, and provide structured feedback.
- Review, evaluate, and maintain linguistic quality of Haryanvi datasets.
- Work closely with research and product teams to standardize spelling, grammar, and disfluency tagging in Haryanvi.
- Maintain delivery timelines and ensure smooth workflow management across projects.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in Haryanvi.
- Strong command over Hindi and English (spoken & written).
- Previous experience as a trainer, QA lead, or linguistic expert is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with transcription and annotation tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
