Job Responsibilities:
u2022 Supervises and guides a compact team of skilled direct reports, ensuring their productivity and effectiveness in executing tasks with precision and efficiency.
u2022 Develops comprehensive financial forecasts and annual operating plans to strategically guide financial decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
u2022 Maximizes manufacturing performance by meticulously optimizing key metrics such as productivity, equipment utilization, cost of non-quality, and overall efficiency, thereby enhancing operational effectiveness and streamlining production processes.
u2022 Provides thorough and ongoing training to operators in production processes and Health & Safety protocols, prioritizing their competence and safety while executing tasks.
u2022 Ensures strict adherence to specifications and requirements in work instructions and tools utilized throughout the production process, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
u2022 Actively implements Lean project methodologies and facilitates the seamless integration of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes to streamline operations, drive efficiency, and foster continuous improvement.
u2022 Takes charge of preparing and implementing manufacturing production processes, meticulously ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality products and services to customers.
u2022 Innovates and identifies novel methods to optimize workflow, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving efficiency and excellence in production operations.
u2022 Guides and mentors the team, actively contributing to employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and overseeing operational processes.

Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's Degree / Vocational Education in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:
No prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 7+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
