We are seeking a results-driven and people-oriented Line Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of a specific team or department. As a Line Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating tasks, ensuring productivity, and maintaining a high standard of performance within your team. You will serve as the direct point of contact between team members and senior management, helping to align operational goals with broader business objectives.

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team to meet departmental and organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance. Set targets, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Plan, schedule, and assign daily work to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Ensure tasks and processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Identify training needs, support employee development, and contribute to succession planning within the team.
  • Address operational issues, employee concerns, and workflow bottlenecks promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to performance, productivity, attendance, and project status. Report key metrics to upper management.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to organizational policies, procedures, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with other managers and departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and team performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Good problem-solving and decision-making capability
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant software
