Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Production Line Lead / Assembly Line Supervisor to oversee and manage production line activities in an electronics manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in panel assembly, box build assembly, and functional testing.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead production line operators to meet daily production targets in a manufacturing / production environment

Manage and monitor panel assembly and box build assembly processes

Ensure proper execution of functional testing in electrical assembly systems

Maintain product quality as per defined quality standards and specifications

Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with engineering and quality teams

Maintain accurate production documentation and testing records

Ensure adherence to safety, process, and quality guidelines

Optimize manpower utilization and improve assembly line efficiency

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering

12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing / production assembly / electrical assembly

Preferred Skills

Experience in industrial electronics or control panel assembly

Familiarity with testing tools such as multimeter and clamp meter

Knowledge of 5S, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices
