Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolhapur for a Line Inspection/HMC Operator. The primary responsibilities include conducting quality inspections during manufacturing, ensuring products meet stringent quality standards, managing and monitoring the machinery, and implementing quality management protocols. The role involves overseeing inspection processes, carrying out testing activities, and maintaining records for compliance with established standards.

Qualifications

• Required skills in Quality Control and Inspection to ensure adherence to stringent manufacturing standards.
• Experience/Fresher in Quality Management, including the ability to implement and maintain quality assurance systems.
• Proficiency in Testing processes and methods to validate product integrity and functionality.
• Capability to provide Training to team members on quality procedures and operational protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve production issues effectively.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing machinery and tools, preferably in casting or related industries.
• Relevant technical education or certification in mechanical or production engineering is preferred.
