Line In Charge - Production

• Ensure safe working environment for line personnel.
• Responsible to achieve month plans with good Quality.
• Cost control and yield improvements.
• Budget monitoring and allocation with targets
• Trouble shooting in process and PFMEA
• Resources planning i) Manpower ii) Tooling iii) Material.
• Monitor daily performance related to output, Quality, OEE, Scrap ,5S and safety. Conduct meetings of line personnel and motivate team members
• Solve Quality related issue through DPO, Line walks, Daily Review meetings along with CFT
• Skill upgrade plan for line people.
• Execution of TPM and 5S activities.
• Hand on experience to face IATF, VDA audits from 3rd party auditee.

• Responsible to control Operational, dies and other downtimes within target
• Compliance to why-why analysis adherence 100% with root cause and kaizen.
• 100% Compliance to PPE, LOTO & Safety interlocks

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Crankshaft & FAB forging Process and its Tooling and NPD process.
• Familiar with Forging Design Process
• Problem Solving methodologies
• TPM methodology
• Knowledge of Engineering drawing and simulation analysis

• Basics knowledge of forging press, Reduce Roll, trimming press, Padding press, Furnace and Induction heater
• SAP systems knowledge as end user
• Good command in Excel, PowerPoint & word
• Good interpersonal skill
• Conflict management
