We are seeking a skilled Line Engineer/Production Engineer to join our team in India. This role involves overseeing the production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain production lines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Assist in the training and development of junior engineering staff.
- Analyze production data and generate reports for management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
