We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook for a full-time, on-site role at Queen Margherita's Pizzeria in Mumbai. The Line Cook will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and assembling dishes according to the restaurant's standards. Daily responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following recipes and portion controls, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food service. The role also involves monitoring food inventory and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

• Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and handling kitchen equipment
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and quality standards
• Experience in menu execution, plating, and portion control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Passion for culinary arts, especially crafting and presenting authentic Italian dishes
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
