Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Line Cook role located in the Pune Division. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items to specific recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Responsibilities include collaborating with the kitchen team, ensuring food quality and presentation standards, assisting with inventory management, and adhering to food safety regulations. You will play a vital role in supporting the preparation of our in-house products such as sauces, breads, and cheeses, contributing to every customer's positive dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and maintaining kitchen equipment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen hygiene practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and manage time effectively
  • A strong understanding of flavor profiles and presentation techniques
  • Teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff
  • Prior experience in preparing in-house products such as sauces, breads, or artisanal food items is a plus
  • Willingness to adapt to the company's culinary approach and maintain attention to detail
  • Formal culinary training or relevant experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
