Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Cook, located in Bengaluru. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items to specified recipes, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Additional duties include following food safety standards, assisting with inventory management, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and operating kitchen equipment
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and present dishes consistently
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and hygiene protocols
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with kitchen staff
  • A passion for culinary arts and attention to detail in food presentation
  • Formal culinary training or certification is a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
