Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Line Chef for a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. As a Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes according to the menu and standards. Your duties will include assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, collaborating with the culinary team, and ensuring food safety compliance. An emphasis will be placed on quality, creativity, and timely service in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Ability to collaborate with team members and maintain effective communication in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Attention to detail and capability to work effectively under pressure
• Formal culinary training or equivalent experience in professional kitchens
• Passion for the culinary arts and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
• Flexibility to adapt to varied menu items and customer preferences
• 1 year experience will be added advantage to the resume
