Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Chef, located in Hyderabad. The Line Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to established recipes and standards, ensuring food quality, presentation, and timely service. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, collaborating with the kitchen team, managing inventory efficiently, and assisting in meal preparation and plating during service hours.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and kitchen hygiene protocols
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaboration with the kitchen staff
  • Time management and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Prior experience as a Line Chef or in a similar culinary position is preferred
  • Passion for creating quality dishes and attention to detail
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
