Asst Mgr (Informatics / LIMS Support)

Exp 5-9yrs

Informatics Products such as CDS, LIMS, ELN and/or SDMS is must

Responsibilities

Sincere and Hardworking

Having sound technical knowledge of prevailing Softwares for connectivity of high-tech analytical instruments in Standalone/ Client-Server environment, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Resolution of IT related issues.

Knowledge of Software based regulatory compliance, Installation, qualification, and validation of Lab Compliance Software in Pharma Industry will be an advantage

Job Role

Field/remote support for all IT related issues in software controlled high-tech analytical instruments like GC's, GC-MS, UV-Vis, FTIR and AAS Spectrophotometers etc.

Installation, qualification and after sales support of compliance Software supplied, to various Pharma/Non-Pharma customers, along with above mentioned instruments.

Ensuring customer satisfaction for IT Support calls by providing resolution and supporting RCA documents to customers.

Promotion/tech discussion/demonstration of IT products like Lab Compliance software (Labsolution) and iLIMS/LIMS.

Diploma in Electronics/Chemical/Instrumentation

BSc. or MSc. In Chemistry / Biology / Physics or Graduates / Diploma holders in Electronics / Chemical / Instrumentation Engineering
