Role DescriptionLIME / BONDING TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST

Experience: 10+ years

Role Purpose

Lead development and implementation of lime concrete and lime mortar

technology for the monument.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop lime mortar formulations.

● Develop lime concrete formulations.

● Establish raw-material specifications.

● Conduct trial mixes.

● Establish testing procedures.

● Develop site production methodology.

● Establish curing/maturation procedures.

● Train construction teams.

● Monitor batch quality.

● Coordinate laboratory testing.

● Develop application methodologies.

● Maintain quality records.

The foundation programme specifically includes the lime concrete foundation layer, followed by RR masonry and granite foundation block placement.

Qualification

Civil/materials/conservation/heritage-related qualification preferred.

KPIs

● Approved formulations.

● Successful trials.

● Consistent production.

● Compliance with specifications.

● Quality of lime construction.
