Lighting Sales Executive – Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Lighting Sales Executive to drive sales of LED lights, decorative lighting, commercial lighting, and other lighting solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and leads for lighting products.- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.- Promote and sell LED, decorative, commercial, industrial, and architectural lighting products.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.- Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.- Coordinate with the internal team for product availability and order execution.- Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in lighting, electrical, building materials, or related sales.- Good communication and negotiation skills.- Strong customer relationship and business development skills.- Willingness to travel for client/dealer visits.- Target-oriented and self-motivated.- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
