Role Description
Product Development & Sampling
- Coordinate new product development (NPD), sampling, prototyping, and approvals.
- Work closely with Design, Quality, and Production teams.
- Track sample timelines and ensure timely submissions.
Order Management
- Receive and process purchase orders.
- Monitor order status from order receipt to shipment.
- Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and proactively communicate risks or delays.
Production & Supply Chain Coordination
- Follow up with PPC, Purchase, Production, and Suppliers to ensure material availability and production readiness.
- Monitor critical path activities and resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure capacity planning aligns with customer demand.
Quality & Compliance
- Coordinate inspections, testing, certifications, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with standard quality, sustainability, social compliance, and packaging requirements.
Shipment & Logistics
- Coordinate with logistics teams for booking, documentation, and dispatch.
- Track shipments and ensure smooth delivery to customer destinations.
Skills Required
- Strong merchandising and customer handling skills.
- Understanding of lighting manufacturing with strong technical knowledge. (non-negotiable)
- Good knowledge of costing, sourcing, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP/SAP, and presentation tools.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
