Job description

• 5 years of experience in Automotive Lighting Electronics domain.
• Good Communication Presentation skills.
• Front/Rear/Interior Lighting Electronics design and calculations.
• Project Co-ordination, Timeline Cost management.
• Knowledge of various communication Protocols such as, K Line, CAN, IIC,SCI, SPI, etc
• Hardware simulations, Thermal Management.
• Knowledge about Microcontroller such as Freescale, Renesas, Microchip, Infineon, etc.
• Understanding of HW design Software such as Orcad, Eagle, Autodesk, PSpice configuration and version management.
• eBOM, Cost estimation.
• Sys Plan (wire harness routing) Connectors.
• EMI/EMC.
• Basic knowledge in Functional safety, ISO26262 Compatible Design, Software Development process.
• Basic Knowledge about ASPICE compliance s/w development.
• BCM parametrization from Lamp functionality requirement perspective.
• Light/Rain sensor parametrization.
• Advance Forward lighting System (AFS) Electronics parametrization.
• Component level testing, Environmental, EMC Testing, Mechanical testing, etc.
• Vehicle level testing from Lamp system integration perspective.
• Hardware In Loop (HIL ) test to simulate vehicle conditions.
• Knowledge about Volkswagen Vehicle Electrical System Development Process (VOBES) is an added advantage.
