Role Description

We are looking for a Lighting Designer with a strong interest in design, architecture, and aesthetics to join our team. The role involves developing innovative lighting concepts for residential and commercial interior projects, blending functionality with visual appeal. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in design tools, and eager to collaborate with architects and interior designers.

Qualifications

• Develop creative lighting design concepts, visual presentations, and mood boards
• Prepare detailed lighting layouts, drawings, excel sheets and documents using AutoCAD, Dialux, and MS Office
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and vendors to integrate lighting solutions seamlessly into design projects
• Perform lighting calculations and simulations to support design intent and technical validation
• Research lighting products, fixtures, and technologies as per design and project requirements
• Participate in site visits, mock-ups activities as required
• Assist in preparing client presentations and design reports
• Manage projects independently under the guidance of senior designers
• Maintain project documentation and assist in preparing lighting schedules

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
2. 1 2 years of experience in architectural lighting design or a related domain is a plus
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux, Photoshop, and MS Office
4. Good communication, analytical, and presentation skills
