• Develop and maintain Liferay portal applications using Java/J2EE stack
• Build and manage portlets using Liferay SDK, plugins, hooks, and extensions
• Design and implement Liferay themes, layouts, and Alloy UI components
• Work on web application development using Spring, Hibernate, and web services
• Integrate and manage build tools like Jenkins, Maven/Ant, and Sonar
• Perform unit testing using JUnit and ensure code quality standards
• Develop frontend components using JavaScript, JSP, AJAX, jQuery, CSS, and XHTML
• Estimate development efforts and support project planning activities
• Work with application servers like Tomcat and JBoss for deployment
• Collaborate with database teams for integration with MS SQL Server or similar databases
