We are seeking a highly skilled Liferay Architect with 9-16 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing Liferay solutions, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive project success. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Liferay-based solutions that meet the business requirements.
  • Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in Liferay development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project scope and deliverables.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues in Liferay applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Liferay features and enhancements, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Document architecture designs, technical specifications, and project progress.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 9-16 years of experience in software development with a focus on Liferay.
  • Deep understanding of Liferay architecture, including portlets, themes, and services.
  • Experience with Liferay DXP, including customization and integration with third-party systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Proficient in database design and SQL, particularly with MySQL or Oracle.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
