Job Summary
PNB MetLife is looking for motivated individuals to join as Life Portfolio Managers. The position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in life insurance, manage and expand a portfolio of customers and advisors, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Support the management and development of the assigned life insurance portfolio.
- Advisor Network Development: Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with life insurance advisors.
- Customer & Business Growth: Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and contribute toward business growth.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with advisors and senior managers to achieve business objectives.
- Training & Guidance: Participate in training programs and assist new team members in understanding insurance products and business processes.
- Performance Management: Monitor portfolio and team performance and take initiatives to improve productivity.
- Record Management: Maintain appropriate documentation relating to advisors, recruitment, and portfolio activities.
