Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Life Insurance Sales role located in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying prospective clients and understanding their insurance needs. The position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, presenting and explaining insurance policies, and advising customers on the most suitable insurance plans based on their preferences and requirements. The individual will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client records, and ensuring that all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Experience in selling, persuading, and negotiating effectively with clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on effectively conveying complex insurance products.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in analyzing client needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage client schedules, meet targets, and maintain records accurately and efficiently.
  • Self-Motivation and Goal-Oriented Attitude: Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Proficiency in financial or insurance-based software tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and local market trends is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
