We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Life Insurance team in India. The ideal candidate will assist clients in selecting the right life insurance products that meet their financial goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assess clients financial needs and provide appropriate life insurance products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing insurance needs are met.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present insurance policies to clients, explaining terms and conditions clearly.
  • Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to facilitate smooth policy issuance and claims processing.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment.
  • Knowledge of life insurance products and regulations in India.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
