Role Description

This is a full-time or Part time, on-site role for a Commission-Based Life Insurance Agent located in Ahmedabad. The role involves engaging with clients to assess their insurance needs, providing them with suitable life insurance solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales and post-sales process. Agents will also build and maintain strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, provide financial guidance, and stay updated on products and offerings by LIC.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance understanding
• Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and Financial Products
• Proficient Customer Service and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is an advantage
• Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or finance is preferred
