Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Life Insurance Agent at the Life Insurance Corporation of India. The Life Insurance Agent will guide customers through insurance products, assess their financial needs, and recommend suitable policies. The role includes building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, managing policy documentation, and staying updated with new insurance products and regulations to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance Sales and familiarity with various insurance products
  • Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and Finance principles
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Understanding of the insurance industry and its regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals effectively
  • Previous experience in the life insurance sector is an advantage
