Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent located in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, providing expert advice on life insurance policies, selling insurance plans tailored to customers needs, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. The agent will also assist with claims processing, policy renewals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and support.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and proven experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge and understanding of Finance and related aspects of the insurance industry
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to address client queries effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance products and services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines such as Business, Finance, or Marketing is preferred
