Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Insurance Agent based in Kharagpur-II. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities also include conducting client consultations, explaining insurance plans, handling policy renewals, and providing exceptional customer service to address client concerns and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge of Insurance products and services
- Skills in Finance and understanding of financial planning concepts
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build client trust
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Experience in the insurance or finance sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage
