Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Life Insurance Advisors at Life Insurance Corporation of India. The Life Insurance Advisors will engage with clients to understand their financial needs, recommend suitable insurance and financial products, and assist with policy acquisition and claims. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, providing consultation services, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely assistance and guidance on insurance policies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Insurance and Finance concepts and products
- Experience in Consulting and advising clients on their financial and insurance needs
- Proficiency in Customer Service and building lasting client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to convey complex financial concepts clearly and effectively
- Ability to work independently and meet organizational goals
- Sales ability and proficiency in addressing customer needs effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
