Job Description
We are seeking vigilant, responsible, and safety-oriented Lifeguards to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all swimmers and guests by preventing accidents, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a safe and clean aquatic environment.
Monitor pool and surrounding areas to ensure the safety of patrons
Enforce all pool rules and facility policies consistently and fairly
Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies, including water rescues and first aid
Perform routine checks of pool equipment and water quality; report issues as needed
Provide excellent customer service and assist patrons as needed
Maintain a clean and organized pool deck and locker room area
Participate in regular training, emergency drills, and staff meetings
Administer first aid or CPR when required
