Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Life/Dental Claims specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and managing life and dental insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Review and process life and dental insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze claim forms and supporting documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Communicate with policyholders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for claims processing.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and issues related to claims, including coordinating with internal departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of claims and related correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of claims processing procedures and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Insurance, Healthcare Management).
• 3-9 years of experience in life and dental claims processing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate claims and identify potential issues.
• Proficient in using claims processing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple claims and deadlines.
