Job Description
As a Life Insurance Advisor, you will help individuals and families understand their financial protection and investment needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions. You will build long-term relationships with customers while developing your own insurance advisory business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customer leads through referrals, networking, and personal contacts.
Understand customers financial goals, protection needs, and investment requirements.
Explain suitable life insurance and financial products clearly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Assist customers with policy documentation, application processes, and service requirements.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Generate referrals and expand the customer network.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers for policy servicing and future financial needs.
Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and company campaigns.
Follow company and regulatory guidelines while conducting business.
Eligibility
Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate
Age: 18 years and above
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to meet customers and develop a professional network.
