The Opportunity

We are looking for senior professionals who want to build a meaningful consulting practice while helping organizations develop stronger leaders.

As a Licensed Leadership Consultant, you will:

• Introduce and deliver LMI leadership development programs

• Coach professionals through structured leadership development journeys

• Work with business owners and CXO-level leaders

• Facilitate training programs and manage participant development

• Build and grow your consulting practice using the LMI methodology

Who Should Apply

• Senior professionals with 15+ years of experience

• Corporate leaders / HR leaders / consultants / trainers / entrepreneurs

• Professionals with strong networks of decision-makers

Freshers or professionals with less than 15 years of experience will not be considered.
