Job Description

About Amaha & Children First:

Amaha (formerly InnerHour), founded in 2016 by psychiatrist Dr. Amit Malik and joined by social entrepreneur Neha Kirpal in 2019, is building India's most trusted and comprehensive mental health ecosystem. With a mission to make mental healthcare accessible, world-class, and human-centred, Amaha provides end-to-end treatment across a wide spectrum of conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, schizophrenia, and addictions. Through a multidisciplinary team spanning therapy, psychiatry, and technology, Amaha delivers care via in-person services, digital tools, and organisational partnerships, addressing the mental health needs of individuals, families, and institutions across the country.

In 2022, we partnered with Children First India Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in child and adolescent mental health, to strengthen its continuum of care across the lifespan. Children First provides specialised outpatient interventions for children, adolescents, and young adults up to 25 years, along with their families, addressing neurodevelopmental, emotional, behavioural, and social concerns through a holistic, family-centred approach. Together, Amaha and Children First are creating an integrated mental health ecosystem that supports individuals from childhood through adulthood with compassionate, evidence-based care.
