Role Description
The role of an LIC Bima Sakhi is a full-time hybrid position based in Kanpur, with some tasks eligible for remote work. The responsibilities include assisting clients in selecting life insurance policies tailored to their needs, maintaining relationships with policyholders, and providing exceptional service regarding claims, renewals, and updates. The LIC Bima Sakhi will also conduct outreach to onboard new clients, explain the benefits of LIC policies, and ensure accurate documentation of transactions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship management
- Basic proficiency in sales and marketing, with the ability to explain financial and insurance products effectively
- Knowledge of record-keeping, client documentation, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with life insurance products; prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
- Proficiency in Hindi and English for effective communication with diverse clientele
- Minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
