Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an LIC Agent based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to perform some work-from-home duties. The LIC Agent will be responsible for selling life insurance policies, managing insurance portfolios, and providing customized financial planning advice to clients. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential customers, addressing client inquiries, supporting them in choosing suitable plans, and ensuring satisfaction through excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining compliance with company guidelines and contributing to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to secure and nurture client relationships
- Familiarity with Finance principles and practices relevant to the insurance industry
- Customer Service expertise to deliver exceptional client support and satisfaction
- General knowledge of Insurance products and guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Educational background in Finance, Business, or a related field is advantageous
- Previous experience in the insurance sector or sales roles is beneficial
