LIC Agent (Field Sales ) - Chennai Only

This is a full-time remote role for a LIC Agent (Field Sales) based in Chennai. The role entails reaching out to potential clients to promote and sell a variety of life insurance products. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, providing tailored recommendations, and ensuring excellent customer service to help clients achieve financial security.

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of various insurance products
• Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and Finance to advise clients effectively
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Previous experience in the insurance or finance industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Fluency in Tamil and English to communicate effectively with clients in Chennai
• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is an advantage
