Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kurnool Rural for LIC Advisors & Bima Sakhi professionals. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, promoting and selling LIC products, advising clients on insurance plans, and assisting with policy processing. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on industry trends to provide informed counseling to clients.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills to promote and sell products effectively
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship building
- Customer Service skills to assist clients and address their needs reliably
- Basic Computer Skills for policy management and daily reporting
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus
- Minimum 12th-grade education; Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
- Proficiency in local languages and English is beneficial
