Liaisoning Manager (Lonavala) - Hospitality

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Liaisoning Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry to manage all government relations, legal approvals, and statutory compliances required for hotel, restaurant, and venue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Licensing & Approvals: Secure and timely renew all operational licenses (Excise/Liquor, FSSAI, Fire NOC, Municipal Trade, Pollution Control, and Police permits).

2)Government Relations: Build and maintain strong networks with municipal corporations, police, excise, and civic bodies.

3)Compliance & Audits: Ensure properties comply with local building codes, health/safety laws, and handle routine government inspections.

4)Issue Resolution: Swiftly address and resolve administrative delays, notices, and regulatory hurdles.

Job Expectations:

1) Experience: 5+ years of liaisoning experience specifically within hotels, resorts, or F&B chains.

2) Expertise: In-depth knowledge of local municipal laws, state excise rules, statutory approvals, and licensing processes.

3) Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management (HM), Hotel Administration, Law (LLB), or Business Administration (MBA).

5 to 8 years of core experience in liaisoning, government relations, or regulatory compliance.
