OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Officer to manage and coordinate with government and civic authorities, particularly BMC and MHADA, and ensure smooth processing of approvals, permissions, documentation, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Mumbai's regulatory processes and preferably have hands-on experience in redevelopment projects, with established coordination skills and a strong understanding of relevant documentation and approval procedures.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with BMC, MHADA and other relevant authorities for approvals, NOCs, permissions and documentation.
• Handle end-to-end liaison for redevelopment and real estate projects.
• Submit, track and follow up on applications and approvals.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal teams and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve approval-related issues and ensure timely movement of matters.
• Maintain records of applications, submissions, approvals and pending cases.
• Stay updated on BMC, MHADA and redevelopment-related regulations and processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of relevant liaisoning experience, preferably in real estate/construction.
• Strong experience dealing with BMC and MHADA.
• Redevelopment experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Mumbai's regulatory and approval processes.
• Strong communication, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple matters and travel across Mumbai as required.
