Liaison Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare submission drawings and work out the feasibility of projects.
• Design for redevelopment projects and owner plot options.
• Make online submissions to the authority.
• Experience in BPMS and online building plan submission processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Knowledge of rules and regulations.
• Software knowledge for online submissions.
• Checking of submissions as per rules.
• Coordinate with all staff and fulfill their requirements.
